Very unfriendly staff! We used to like to have breakfast there, today the employees don't even greet you properly and the food is just too oily. When we kindly pointed out to the employee that it was too oily it was simply “yes, but you ate well for that” impossible!

Very friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere and of course delicious food. I am very pleased.

An authentic eatery with truly fine Turkish home cooking. The service is nice and courteous, nothing is left to be desired, and extra requests are also given friendly attention. The menu is extensive and offers something for everyone. The ambience is fine and you get a glimpse of the open kitchen. Prices are moderate and the portions are generous. There is nothing wrong with it and therefore the Black Sea is worth a recommendation.

Very, very tasty? we were there today with the family for breakfast and the food was delicious and the service was very, very pleasant. We can't quite understand one or the other comment, but we can. We are going through a very difficult time with the pandemic and the restaurant is super clean and there are disinfectant dispensers everywhere, you feel safe because of the hygiene concept. I hope that the spitting will come to an end someday. We can only recommend it and you should always form your own opinion on site.

Today I overheard how a man and his family, consisting of a woman with two small children, were expelled from the restaurant despite having reserved a table. Apparently the gentleman would not have reserved. For me it looked like the owner probably didn't want any children in the restaurant. Then they left. Never go there again.

I have to say that anyone who travels a lot and eats well will confirm that the prices are very human. In addition, the food is very tasty and the service is very warm.

We were in the Black Sea for the first time on October 3rd, 2020 and are all happy home. Super good food, very nice service, great atmosphere and have already made reservations for the next time, because the place is jam-packed. Sure, we are also realistic that things don't go the way you like, but all human beings can happen. I write for 8 people and we can say everything was great.

A very nice restaurant, the food is really delicious. Prices are a bit more expensive and parking is a bit difficult in the area. All in all, I can recommend it with a clear conscience.

Overpriced shop and bad breakfast. Honey poured out of a vessel, which was passed from table to table without cleaning. The scrambled eggs were ok but that was it, because the bread was finished, cold flatbread. Although we had ordered two breakfasts, there was only a dollop of jam in a tiny bowl. You had to get the tea yourself on request at the bar. The cappuccino was tiny and the service was just awful. You were ignored and in the end not even said goodbye. Will never enter this shop again.

Absolutely not to be recommended! The price / performance ratio is not right here. Way too expensive. The bread was cold and without sauce, which is what you are used to elsewhere. Never again!

Very bad service; think you are better served / treated if you are of Turkish origin

We got ripped off completely! Not to be recommended! The bill was settled with various dishes and various drinks, although you had no overview of what cost how much. We didn't get an answer when we asked. Very questionable shop ... stay away from it.

I found the food very good and the service was friendly and accommodating too! I have never eaten such a delicious salad in a different Turkish restaurant than here - it was well seasoned and even had oil (yes, unfortunately, other Turkish restaurants do not!) Prices are of course higher than you are used to, but it was the food was very tasty for me personally, my lamb skewer was nice and tender. But the prices for the mini drinks (0.2l) are definitely too high! Therefore also a star trigger. But would still recommend it from the ambience and food!

We had a delicious breakfast there. We had menemen l .... A point deduction because there was no simit and because the bread that was not homemade was not warmed up. But otherwise great and very nicely decorated.

I have eaten there several times and I especially like the fish dishes. The restaurant is stylishly decorated and the staff friendly and courteous. Top!

Fine meats

We went to breakfast today, we asked for breakfast for 2 people, egg mushroom tomato cheese olive came, we gave 25 euro money, there was no extra bey. 0 for me, we went first I wanted a baby chair 3 times full, finally the gentleman brought grace, put onume, said sorry you would put the chair towards the table (there was a child in my lap) said a minute and went to the gentleman at the opposite table, because the man was very rich. I do not understand, they give money and we give my soda lid ... I will never ever go again.

Best Turkish food we had, a must visit.place every time when I am in Düsseldorf. Great value for money, we like the baked shrimp the most, and also the chicken with creamy sauce.

(Bad service) the dealing with customers is too bad. they cheated us to add one more order without requested, we catch them after we bought... they told us be quite and go out. The food was normal , not good not bad.

Food 5/5, they got Turkish coffee. They have fresh fish and it's incredible!

We ate there tonight and it was one of the best tasting meals we've had on our trip through Germany. The staff are super kind and friendly. They helped us by providing and older, but English menu which helped us immensely. Their new menu is only German. The prices were very reasonable and the quality and quantity of food is very favourable! We were too full for dessert but we plan on eating there again and including dessert before we leave Dusseldorf. Two things that drew us into the restaurant, you can see the kitchen and the place is packed with locals!

One of the best restaurants in Dusseldorf. The people are so kind and nice. Foods are fresh and "delicious". Prices are also very good. Instead of eating in a fast food restaurant eat something worth to your money or even more. Thank you Schwarzes Meer for a nice family dinner.
